Business Development Manager
FULL TIME | KARACHI
In this role, you will:
Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
Seek out the appropriate contact in an organisation and generate leads
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Work closely and develop goals for the team and business growth and ensure they are met.
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
The ideal candidate will:
Have a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
Be experienced in sales, marketing or related fields.
Have strong communication skills
Be able to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Have the ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty.
Have excellent organizational skills.
