We, at Minerva, are looking for a Recruitment Executive with an interest in new technologies to join our growing team of technical recruiters.​

The job offers the opportunity to be part of a team that is changing the way recruitment is done. Our practices challenge the norms of recruitment and hence this role is for someone who enjoys going against the tide and is not afraid to try new things.

You will be building the recruitment pipeline and sourcing candidates to assist us in our mission to connect top talent to their dream jobs at growing organizations. The role requires the candidate to be a self-starter and comfortable working without supervision.

In this role, you will:

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager in all recruiting and sourcing activities particularly those in the technology domains

  • Work continuously on building a talent pipeline for current and future vacancies at Minerva as well as with our clients by reaching out to and conversing with active and passive job seekers

  • Source top talent for clients, conduct preliminary screening and checks to establish job and culture fit before forwarding shortlist to clients

  • Assist clients through initial screening, scheduling interviews and on-boarding processes

  • Continue to work on improving the candidate experience of all talent that we represent and work with

  • Maintain candidate data in our ATS and keep it up to date

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Have at least 1 year of experience in recruiting for technology and design related roles in a fast-growing startup or a recruitment agency

  • Have a collaborative personality and be able to communicate effectively

  • Be a great conversation starter

  • Be highly organized and be able to manage multiple priorities

  • Have a knack for operational excellence and being thorough

  • Be able to demonstrate empathy, strong judgment, and the flexibility and resilience to grow with Minerva's business needs

  • Have an understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process

  • Have a desire to continually improve candidate experience

  • Have the capability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

  • Be proficient in using G-suite, Zoom

  • Have an interest in learning about new technologies and changing job roles

PKR 50,000 - 70,000
