Wit and creativity are two qualities that stand out in a copywriting intern. The copywriting intern works across a range of media and formats, to compose advert and promotion content such as slogans, catchphrases, tweets and scripts - they may be asked to write more creative text, like ad jingles, taglines, and other creative copy, or more research-based copy, like a job description on a website.
Video CONTENT CREATION
Familiarity with the camera and video editing software is a must but the video content creation intern is also energetic, excited about experimenting with new ideas and can come up with creative ideas for presenting information and events in the form of short videos.
The role requires creating quality promotional and educational video content. Interns who take up this role are required to be proactive, creative, enthusiastic about filmmaking and willing to step out of their comfort zones.
You will be expected to:
Assist in the end-to-end process from story-boarding to logistics to shooting to editing and publishing for assigned video blogs
Film video in office and field environment
Record desktop computer screens and actions for demo and training videos
Contribute to mixing and editing to create polished and engaging videos
Create highlight videos for events and workshops at Minerva
This role is only for someone who is truly passionate about photographing people and objects, and is willing to try new things and ideas. We look for individuals who are comfortable with using photography gear and photo editing software. An interest and some experience in concept photography and photo manipulation is a plus.
Some prior experience, whether at a personal or professional level, is necessary. Students and graduates of mass communication are encouraged to apply.
Photography interns are expected to attend and cover events outside of regular STIP meet-ups and hence must be willing to commute to event venues within the city.
Photography interns are required to:
Document STIP meet-ups, events, trainings and workshops, in photographs
Experiment with conceptual photographs to illustrate an idea or concept
Sort, organise and post photos on our computer and social media
Prepare and present bi-monthly photo journal of STIP events and projects
Like almost all other vacancies, the graphic design intern is also a creative individual and aesthetically strong. Graphic design interns must be familiar with design and photo editing software like Illustrator and Photoshop and be well versed with online design trends and requirements.
Under the supervision of the CEO and the Program Manager, the graphic design intern works on creating visual artwork for our social media channels, website and other marketing collateral.

This role is only for someone who has a solid understanding of how social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels.
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
Generate, edit, publish and share daily/weekly content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
The business development intern has excellent communication skills and is a people's person. The intern identifies sales leads, pitch services to new clients, maintain a good working relationship with new contacts, set up meetings and prepare presentations.
