Accounts Manager
FULL TIME | REMOTE
We are looking for an Accounts Manager for our client; a cutting-edge cloud company based in Singapore. As an Accounts Manager, you'll take the reins in managing and nurturing a growing list of clients, serving as their key point of contact and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
With your passion for technology and expertise in cloud solutions, you'll inspire businesses of all sizes to leverage the power of the cloud. Your vision will be to build the company's brand as one of the world's most trusted partners, spreading the magic of cloud technologies to organizations across the country.
In this role, you will:
Maintain warm relationships with assigned accounts and new account acquisitions.
Possess proper qualifications of leads and able to provide accurate reports on opportunities.
Conduct market research into accounts; identify key players and generate interest.
Have a strong phone presence and confidence/experience in making cold calls.
Be able to sell and upsell Cloud Kinetics’s Cloud and Data Center Solutions and value proposition to both new and existing customers.
Acquire an understanding of market segmentation, develop, and execute Go-To-Market strategy for assigned accounts.
Collaborate between different functional teams and serve as the point of contact for customers and vendors.
Maintain good customer and partner relationships.
Meet and exceed quarterly sales goals by managing individual sales activity.
Accurately track and generate timely sales reports for presentation to management.
The ideal candidate will:
Have a Diploma / Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent preferred.
Have a minimum of 3 years of Account Management / ICT, Enterprise, or Commercial Sales / Business Development experience with proven sales track records.
Be experienced in dealing with customers at all levels, including C-levels.
Have basic technical knowledge and understanding of Cloud Service Providers' offerings, Hyper-Converged Infrastructure, Enterprise Storage, DR, and Backup solutions is a plus.
Be proficient in MS Office Suite, Salesforce.com, and/or other CRM, and web presentation tools.
Be experienced and comfortable selling Cloud and Managed Services to C-level executives.
Have an advanced understanding of the Cloud market and associated products
Be self-motivated and driven to achieve goals.
Possess a strong understanding of the Enterprise IT industry ecosystem.
Have the willingness to learn and develop new skills is essential.
Have stellar negotiation and problem-resolution skills to achieve a win-win situation.
Be able to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills with strong presentation abilities.
Be able to work in a team environment and independently.
