SheReturns

BRINGING HIGH PERFORMING WOMEN BACK TO WORK

SheReturns is a 4-week, interactive training and coaching based program that helps women with a career break return to work with clarity and confidence.

The program offers a safe space to find clarity, be more confident about the choices you make and build essential skills to return to work.

 

The program runs in a small, collaborative cohort group, providing you encouragement from peers who are returning to the workforce and building strong allies within the corporate world.

Group coaching sessions happen in an intimate environment where participants collectively work on solving problems and charting a way forward.

Industry calls

An essential objective of the program is to help participants build allies and reintegrate into the workforce. Networking calls with a diverse group of professionals helps do just that.

IS THIS THE RIGHT PROGRAM FOR ME?

If you have even the slightest inclination towards returning to work after your career break, this program is for you. It doesn't matter why you took that career break or how unsure you may be about returning. Whether you're single, or a full-time mom - this program will help you find the support you need to make the right decision for you.

This program is for any woman who:

  • Has a Bachelor's degree (or a professional qualification), and
     

  • Has worked in a full-time role for at least one year, and
     

  • Has been away from work from anywhere between 18 months to 15 years)

Karachi
The next cohort begins on September 20, 2021.

How much does SheReturns cost?

The investment in SheReturns is PKR 24,000. We  also offer an instalment plan and need based scholarships. Once you sign up, our team will be happy to walk you through all options.
