This role at HotPod is an exciting opportunity to help build the human resources department from scratch, design and develop an effective talent pipeline and become part of Hotpod’s journey to revolutionise the food space. This is a critical role which will also be the custodian of culture and internal communications with the teams.

In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with cofounders and department heads in developing and implementing policies and initiatives relevant to human capital needs

  • Manage all recruitment needs by working closely with key stakeholders to identify hiring needs

  • Build a strong talent pipeline for culinary and non-culinary roles

  • Work closely with recruitment agencies to find the best possible talent for the company

  • Manage all online and offline forums for sourcing great talent

  • Communicate the company values and vision within the team

  • Manage and document the company culture and best practices

  • Work closely with internal and external trainers for people growth and personnel development

  • Fulfill any other tasks required for the purposes of building and managing the human resources function

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development or a relevant field

  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Be a problem solver

  • Have great People Management and communication skills

  • Be system driven and analytics focused

  • Be a strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends

  • Have the ability to think creatively and innovatively to solve problems

  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office suite
