We are looking for a Business Associate for one of our clients - a financial wellness platform. The ideal candidate is someone who is hungry for learning and committed to invest into self-development in the innovation and digital space; somebody who is excited to work in a diverse team of outliers, business builders and experimenters; somebody who considers themselves strong in research, analysis, creating presentations and working with diverse data sources to create meaningful impact.

In this role, you will:

  • Support business and product modelling

  • Work with the team on collecting and analysing business data to identify trends, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations

  • Support conducting research into new markets & opportunities (local and global)

  • Oversee the relevant and up-to-date regulatory matters and policies

  • Manage stakeholders

  • Support companies in our ecosystem in their respective due diligence, fundraising and valuation models

  • Help monitor current platform performance via KPI tracking and risk assessments

  • Track and create reports for overall company performance and manage their data room

  • Create and deliver clear presentation materials in fast-paced environment

  • Work across the entire firm, portfolio, and with external partners, integrating processes and frameworks that set all players up for success

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have 4+ years of working experience

  • Have Masters or MBA (international or local University)

  • Have excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills and enjoy using those skills to solve complex problems. Detail oriented.

  • Have experience or aptitude for a business operator role

  • Be able to develop a point of view on market and cultural trends. With enough debate, being capable of changing that point of view.

  • Be comfortable conducting analysis and building basic business models.

  • Be a life-long learner, and be able to naturally explore new markets and technologies.

  • Have deep understanding of the Pakistani and global innovation space and digital technologies.

  • Be a self-starter with a strong proactive attitude who takes on initiatives.

  • Be comfortable adjusting course in response to feedback and information.

  • Be driven by social impact and the positive change that entrepreneurship can create.
