In this role, you will:

  • Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets

  • Seek out the appropriate contact in an organisation and generate leads

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities

  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

  • Work closely and develop goals for the team and business growth and ensure they are met.

  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.

  • Be experienced in sales, marketing or related fields.

  • Have strong communication skills

  • Be able to manage complex projects and multi-task.

  • Have the ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty.

  • Have excellent organizational skills.
