We are looking for a Head of HR with a focus on establishing best practices and strong involvement in tech recruitment and performance management.

This role requires planning and implementing best HR practices in Softech across all its departments and business units. Individuals who undertake this role have overall responsibility for introducing, implementing, and sustaining plans and policies for employee performance evaluations, staffing, training, and compensation structures.

In this role, you will:

  • Create and ensure strategic HR goals align with business objectives.

  • Attract, manage, develop and retain a highly motivated workforce

  • Manage efficient and effective recruitment and selection process to identify qualified and relevant talent

  • Identify training needs and develop training programs accordingly.

  • Handle change management through an evolving organization

  • Focus on creating a thriving workplace culture through different means of employee engagement activities and practices.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have at least 5 years of proven work experience in a senior-level HR role.

  • Have a relevant, formal education in an HR discipline from a recognized institute.

  • Have prior experience working in the technology and software industry (preferable)

  • Possess a deep understanding of compensation and HR-related matters (Labor environment etc.)

  • Have stellar team management and interpersonal skills.
