People and Culture Specialist

We are looking for a rock-star HR all-rounder for Munchies. Munchies is a small but very passionate and fun team, and looking for someone who can grow with the organisation - it’s going to be a fast paced, high-growth opportunity. In this role, you will:
Help define the culture, policies, and rewards
Help put best practices in place, formal or otherwise, to help motivate the team
Attract the best and brightest talent in Pakistan
Create the most admired employer brand, period, in the country
Stay up to date with the latest trends and competitive landscape
Wear multiple hats as they relate to people and culture and otherwise
The ideal candidate will:
Have a minimum 2 years of experience with a well reputed organisation
Have the ability to learn quickly about how things work in a technology based start-up
Have exceptionally strong communications skills
Be a subject matter expert in at least one of the core domains of HR (e.g. talent acquisition, organisation development, performance management, rewards, HR ops, employee onboarding, etc.)
Be an all-rounder, capable of and willing to wear multiple hats, and understands different aspects of HR
Be aware of global trends as they relate to companies with the best cultures and people.
