Minerva is looking for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team.​

​As a brand new role at Minerva, the job offers a unique opportunity to assist in the setting up of a new recruitment vertical at Minerva. We are building a lot of initiatives and processes from scratch, so that is something you must be good at.

You will be building the recruitment and sourcing framework at Minerva to assist us in our mission to connect top talent to their dream jobs at growing organisations.

In this role, you will:

  • Assist in the development of new and improvement of current recruiting and sourcing processes

  • Assist Minerva in developing a world class team of professionals that can help us drive our mission forward

  • Work continuously on building a talent pipeline for current and future vacancies at Minerva as well as with our clients by reaching out to and conversing with active and passive job seekers

  • Work closely with clients and HR Manager to understand their needs and design suitable sourcing strategies

  • Source top talent for clients, conduct preliminary screening and checks to establish job and culture fit before forwarding shortlist to clients

  • Assist clients through the interviewing, negotiation and on boarding processes

  • Continue to work on improving candidate experience of all talent that we represent and work with

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in recruiting for a fast growing startup or recruitment agency

  • Be a big-picture thinker who can alternate seamlessly between strategy and execution

  • Have a collaborative personality and be able to communicate effectively

  • Be a great conversation starter

  • Be highly organised and be able to manage multiple priorities

  • Have a knack for operational excellence and being thorough

  • Be able to demonstrate empathy, strong judgement and the flexibility and resilience to grow with Minerva's business needs

  • Have deep understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process

  • Have a desire to continually improve candidate experience

  • Have the capability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
